Prices offered are all based on 18K Gold. All items feature fine cuts and uniform sizes.

  • Grade A: F+ VVS+
  • Grade B: G+ SI-VS

Color stone grades are set into two types with fixed prices.

Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction with our products is guaranteed. Items may be returned or exchanged within thirty days from the shipping date with a Return Merchandise Authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance fees. Please ensure that items are in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and are shipped within 30 days. To expedite exchanges, we recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.

In the event of damaged items, please refuse the shipment or contact us immediately. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

Online Returns Exclusions

Online returns do not apply to the following:

  1. International returns.
  2. Non-USD currencies.
  3. Items shipped over 20 days ago.
  4. Exchanges, repairs, or resizing.
  5. Items damaged or defective after delivery.
  6. Engraved items.

Non-Refundable Items

Special orders are final sale and not eligible for return. Returns sent C.O.D., improperly packaged, or uninsured will be refused. Returns with missing paperwork or products will not be processed.

International Returns

Additional shipping charges may apply to returns via alternate carriers. We reserve the right to charge fees incurred upon package receipt. To avoid additional charges, we recommend using our preferred Parcel Pro insured FedEx carrier.

Preparing a Return or Exchange

To return a diamond or jewelry item, follow these steps:

  1. Package your return securely, using the original shipping box and all original packaging.
  2. Insure your package fully to protect against loss or theft.

Union Pay Returns

Union Pay orders may be returned for credit back to your Union Pay account.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, including Special Handling, are non-refundable. Please do not ship returns C.O.D. If any portion of your order arrives damaged, contact us before returning items. We may reimburse return shipping expenses at our discretion.

After Receiving Your Return

Upon receipt of your return, you'll receive a confirmation email. Returns undergo inspection by our Quality Assurance team, which takes 2-4 business days. Refunds may take an additional 2-4 days to process.

Credit Card Refunds

Credit card or Debit card purchases, Union Pay purchases will be refunded to the original payment method. Allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

Sale Price Adjustments

Price adjustments must be requested within 7 days of the original ship date and will be provided as store credit.

Order Changes or Cancellations

To change or cancel an order, call +852 35471235. Changes are accommodated before shipping confirmation, with some resulting in shipping delays. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

International Payment Methods

  • Bank Wire / Telegraphic Transfer (TT): Arrange payment through your bank and receive a 1.5% discount. Bank wires may take up to 3 business days to be received.
  • Credit Card: Use Visa or MasterCard with a local billing address.

Shipping Policies

All orders are shipped fully insured. Inspect packages for damage or tampering before acceptance. We only ship to street addresses, not P.O. Boxes. Signature requirements apply for delivery. For orders over $1000, alternate shipping addresses require confirmation from your credit card or financing company.
